The Escalade reeked of smoke. Other parts of the process were fine

Great car great service! Will definitely be renting again!

The host was great with prompt responses . The car was very worn with the infotainment center cracked on the left side making it hard to see the display. The rims were also very worn with lots of paint missing from the rim. The pictures did not show the imperfections. The car drove very ruff and made noises. Host was great but car was more worn than I would have like it. I would not rent that vehicle again but saw host had other nice cars in his fleet.
