This whole experience was bad. The car isn’t cleaned to a level I would expect paying $600 a day also, 100 miles is not enough. I don’t think I’d ever used Turo again.
Somehow I knew you would come on this app and lie all because YOU were LATE picking up AND dropping off so you got charged. You didn’t text or call not 1 time to communicate and then have the nerve to complain. I was kind and you were VERY rude. You not using Turo again will make other hosts at ease.
