I booked a BMW but was given an Audi Q7. I was told the BMW had issues with its tires and accepted the Q7 based on the promise that the BMW would be delivered the next day. The next day I was given an even older model Audi from then the first Audi Q7. The reverse camera did not work. The blue tooth did not work. The navigation system did not work. My rental experience was bad, not good for business, and felt like bait and switch. I flew into town on a business trip. The rental people were nice but I did not book an Audi and booked a car based on features I needed. The absence of features I picked when I booked a car via Turo made me feel unsafe while trying to navigate a city I was not accustomed to driving in. I would not use this persons vehicles or service again.

I asked for the pick up to be at the airport. I didn’t find out until pick up that you set the pick up to what you wanted. In your profile it states no smoking. But when you get in the car it smelled like cigarettes my significant other nor I smoke. Then your car was malfunctioning and jumping the entire time. Then you was asked if it was another vehicle to get into you said the next day. Next day came no contact at all from you about switching the cars out. Then when it was time to drop it off 40$ worth of gas was put in the tank by my significant other. You sent me an invoice for 10$ worth of gas you had to put in plus 10$ more dollars for inconvenience. You have got to be shitting me your car rental won’t worth 200 and something dollars I paid. I want a refund for my inconvenience and will be calling Turo also I paid your funky 21.00$ for your inconvenience.

Car smell like skunk weed

I was expecting a luxury experience but unfortunately, the car smelled like a bit of smoke and the side mirrors were not working on the vehicle properly, causing safety concern concerns. The host however, was very detailed with pick up and delivery instructions.
