This was my second trip with Brandy’s BMW X3, and somehow she managed to make the experience feel even more personal than the first experience because when I, initially, booked this particular X3 wasn’t showing as available, so I reserved the other one in her fleet. Imagine my surprise when she sent me a message and I arrived to find this one—the one I preferred—waiting for me. Brandy was an excellent host. She was very accommodating to some of my last minute needs. There was a slight glitch at pickup, but it was quickly rectified. The car is very well maintained and I will definitely be booking with Brandy again in the future!
