Tosin was fantastic and the best part of renting through Turo. The rental car itself was not good due to a few factors, including non-functioning Bluetooth, and bald tires.
1. Thank you Joseph for your review. I apologize for the issue you had with the Bluetooth connection being unstable, this issue is new, as no one has complained about it before you, and I’ll have that checked and fixed immediately.
2. I assume your frustration with the Bluetooth connectivity lead to the inaccurate comments about the tires being bald. The car rides on 4 highest rated (A GRADE) BRIDGESTONE ALENZAs, they pass the penny test and are NOT AT ALL BALD, they’re EXCELLENT TIRES. Thanks
