Honestly, if I could give it 4.5, that would be my rating.
Car was exactly as described. Clean minus a few spots but smelled fine. No mechanical issues. Full tank of gas. Drove fine. Location of pickup and drop off was easy to find. (It is a large apartment complex and it requires a code to call the hosts.) Car was ready and no issues in finding it.
The only downside was communication. As others have pointed out, communication can be lacking. I got the instructions 8 mins before the rental. However, for full transparency, I rented the car at 9pm for a 9am reservation. I asked twice if I could return the car early and was not answered. But, when it came to drop off, the hosts responded and there was minimal delay.
Again, for all the areas that mattered to me, it was a great trip. I wish the communication was slightly better but car was still a good experience.
