The car was very nice but the pickup process was a bit stressful. When looking for cars I searched the airport we were flying to and picked this car. At the last minute I checked the address of the airport and the car was in a completely different town. I called the owner and she said she could get the car to the airport but I would have to do the change in the app. This cost around $100 dollars. I would have chosen a car already at the airport if I had known this. I was very thankful she was able to bring it but the cost was not planned. My main concern was that my license was accepted and I was I given arrival instructions about 15 minutes before the reservation started. This is very different than what I’m used to with Turo. Typically, this happens the day before or at least several hours before. I landed at the arrival airport and still didn’t have arrival instructions. I typically like to land and walk to the car in a seamless transition so I timed the reservation start time with this in mind. We had to sit and wait which was stressful and delayed us. The stress of not having the arrival instructions a few hours before the trip was not ideal. All in all the car was great but last minute instructions were not okay with me.

This review is pretty unfortunate. She changed the pickup location to the airport on the same day as her reservation and I accommodated this only to have her mark off anyway. I live an hour away and I was still able to make her reservation time 30 min before pickup, it wasn't even late. Guest will be banned from renting from me in the future.
