This car was overall great Willam provided amazing communication and customer service throughout the whole trip. The vehicle was very spacious and clean. We did have a little issue arise with the vehicle but William was extremely helpful and willing to do anything to make it right even with us being all the way in Miami. The car as a whole was nice from the outside and on picture, drove well, and was big enough to fit the whole family. Unfortunately from the inside, the car was dirty, with broken arm rests on the seats and the car had a strong smell of weed which we attempted to ward off via air fresheners. A little dissapointing results from the price of the car.

Já aluguei alguns carros com a Turo. Porém essa foi minha pior experiência. Proprietario oportunista e sem responsabilidade. Me entregou um carro sem documento. Eu cometi o erro de notar esse problema só quando cheguei na minha casa. Moro a 15 milhas de onde peguei o carro. O trajeto foi de 30 milhas . Devolvi o carro do mesmo jeito que peguei. E o Willian proprietário do carro me mandou fotos dizendo que cometi diversos danos no carro. Mas para o azar dele eu tenho todas as fotos e vídeos do carro na frente da minha casa. Alem do problema com o carro sem documento ele ainda quer roubar as pessoas. Isso não se faz . Já fiz o pedido de reembolso para o turo mas até agora não tive resposta de como vai ser. Acredito que o turo vai resolver isso. Estou no aguardo. Tomem cuidado quando pensarem em alugar esse carro. Vocês podem se dar mal como eu .
Perdi um dia de viagem com minha família e com tudo isso eu não consegui alugar outro carro no meu nome dentro do turo porque ainda dava como viagem ativa. Foi desesperador oque passamos.
