The host was great, excellent communication & made the whole process easy. I rented the VW Atlas & really enjoyed driving it. The car was very clean, it had some features I really love and it drove well. There was a slight odor I noticed that bothered me a bit. After speaking with host he explained it was from an ozone machine to help remove odors and clean the air. Unless you have allergies you probably won't even notice it. Overall, excellent experience.
