The “equipment” issue was a flat tire that became damaged after the vehicle was driven on it instead of stopping immediately.
Turo reviewed the situation and required the guest to pay for the replacement.
We help responsible guests, but continuing to drive after tire-pressure loss is unsafe, avoidable, and not something a host is responsible to cover.

The experience was excellent. The car felt sturdy, super comfortable, with a smooth drive even on mountain roads. The interior is top-notch, packed with technology, and I felt very safe the whole time. I would definitely recommend it for any adventure.
