Diana was very friendly, answered promptly, and was flexible when I had to return the car later due to a flight delay. Car was in perfect condition, easy to ride .

Good little car for the price. Doesn’t have much horsepower but was clean and simple. Host was nice and prompt with responses but a little too hyper vigilant for my liking. Generally a good experience though. Better to have a host that’s on everything right away rather than one who doesn’t care.

Very difficult to pick up and return. There was a strong odor in the vehicle.

I’m so sorry that you had any issues on your vacation here to Asheville. The previous renter smoked even though I have a very strict policy of no smoking. I thought I had gotten all of the smell out using a deodorizer. But in the heat of the day. Hopefully, the next host will be able to meet your expectations.
