This was my first Turo experience, and I was pleased overall. The host Diana provided a great deal of information ahead of time and pickup was very easy in the shuttle lot at AVL. Drop off was a little more challenging (though no fault of the host), and when I had fairly urgent questions, Diana responded promptly through the app.
The car itself is very clean, with no unpleasant odors, and I felt safe while in it. It's very intuitive to drive and there's not a whole lot to learn before you can go on your way. There was adequate power for highway and mountain driving.
