First and foremost, Diana was extremely helpful in getting me into a car at the last minute. My original rental was cancelled while I was in flight to AVL. Diana got her CRV ready to go within 24 hrs of my arrival. The car is immaculate, runs great, obviously well maintained . Pick up and drop off were seamless. All my questions were answered promptly and when I needed to extend the rental period, Diana graciously went out of her way to make that happen. I highly recommend this owner!!!!
