Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised by some of the concerns mentioned, as none of these issues were reported to me during the trip. The vehicle was provided in good condition, and I was available throughout the reservation to address any concerns. I take maintenance and guest safety seriously, so any reported mechanical issue is always promptly inspected. I also strive to keep the vehicle listing accurate and transparent for every guest.
The host was great! Communication and promptness were great. Car was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.
