The car was clean, smelled good, worked well, and was in great condition. I loved having Apple CarPlay for easy navigation. The host was fantastic and clear in all communication. When the car battery died on a particularly cold day, he was extremely proactive, came to the rescue and installed the new one in a very timely manner. I am looking forward to renting another vehicle from this host!

Regarding the fuel charge, the vehicle was returned without being refueled, and per Turo’s policy, hosts are required to invoice guests for missing fuel. We simply followed the documentation. Turo reviewed the evidence and upheld the fuel reimbursement as valid. We always aim to be fair and transparent with all guests, and I’m happy their team was able to assist in confirming the correct amount.
