Another case of a fine line of canceling a booking because of a previous renter causing vehicle damage and causing disruption for the next guest. Our vehicles are booked out all the time and it takes time to arrange a maintenance booking to resolve issues. We admit we are not perfect and do our best knowing we cannot appease everyone all the time.
