This was my first time using Turo, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Jason was communicative, helpful, and hands off. The convenience and ease (not to mention it being about $400 cheaper than Enterprise) has convinced me I’ll be using Turo in the future.

Jason was super friendly and helpful through the entire process. The car was spotless upon pickup and in perfect shape mechanically. Will absolutely be contacting Jason next time I’m in the area!

The trip was great. Wish host could have come to the airport a little earlier, but my mistake. I stated we would need vehicle at 10am, but we landed at 8am. Tried to change the pick up time, but Turo does not allow that without additional fees. When arrived, the car was dirty during inspection on exterior. Honestly, did not care b/c we were going into the mountains and it would be dirty by the end of the day anyway. Inside was clean. Suggestion is make sure you book earlier than you really will be there because we were not allowed to access vehicle till 10am exactly. If rented normally, they are ready ahead of time and we would not have been waiting for 2 hours at the airport. Once we picked up our luggage, there were no restaurants in the baggage claim area, so we sat there for 2 hours waiting. Could not blame host since this was our first time renting from Turo for wait time, but he stated they were cleaning the car from previous renter. It wasn't clean on exterior and host offered to pay for car wash, but we just wanted to eat breakfast and get to our hotel in the mountains. We had been up since 3AM CST and it was 10AM Mountain Time. I would rent from the host again, but I will be much better the next time around.
