The car itself drives well and handles hills and heavy rain nicely. The exterior is a bit scratched up and the back headrest was broken off on the driver side but was placed on the seat as if it hadn’t been, I bumped it when I was installing a car seat while still at The Parking Spot. I was informed the previous renter broke it off. It could be my ignorance with the vehicle, but everytime I turned the car off the seat would reset back to the lowest reclined position so I had to raise it every time I started the car to drive. The exterior mirror on the driver side and ocassionally the passenger side would reset to some weird position to where I’d have to readjust those after starting the car, too. The heat in the back would change to 75-80 randomly throughout the drive and I’d have to readjust it so it stopped roasting our kids. Again, there could be some settings and presets I’m unaware of so it could be on me, but it’s still something that impacted our experience. Overall, the car is great and the host is communicative and responsive.

The ride was in good shape, but the pickup and drop off spot was awful. Bad shuttle service, really far from the airport. Also I got about 25 messages from the host, all saying similar instructions. not a bad thing I guess but kind of annoying.
