The car performed as expected for a turnaround road trip. Mr. Michael was friendly and responsive, quickly responding to all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle. I’m deducting one star due to a noticeable cigarette smell inside the car; however, Mr. Michael was apologetic and assured me it was from a previous renter. Overall, the 2018 Honda Pilot drove smoothly with no other issues.
