Awesome. Car was awesome and owner was amazing to work with. Can’t recommend highly enough. Getting and returning the car was easy, he showed me how to use everything and put the app on my phone so everything connected easily. Great experience.

I thought the car had full self driving capabilities. That was the whole reason I went to the car. The car was listed at a lower price and then it had all these add-ons that made it $600 over $600 instead of the $360 that was listed. When I inquired about the full self driving, the house wanted to charge me another $50. I didn’t even look inside the car because the handles were worn the rims and the rims were shot. There was a scratch on the hood. Literally didn’t even get in the car and I requested and now have to wait 24 hrs for host to decide. I requested a refund 15 minutes after check-disappointing will be thinking twice about using Turo in the future.

I’m sorry you were disappointed. The vehicle does support Full Self-Driving, but FSD requires an additional Tesla subscription and is not included in the base rental price. I responded and offered to activate it for you. The vehicle was fully drivable and ready for the trip. I’m sorry we couldn’t resolve this before you chose to cancel.
