Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this guest. After the first car had a maintenance issue, I immediately offered a vehicle swap or a refund. She chose the swap, but a few days later began complaining and requesting compensation. The replacement car was also returned with a strong smell of smoke. I would also like to clarify that the claim about the check engine light is not true—the vehicle did not have a check engine light on during the trip.
