The car was clean and good on gas but the host was unresponsive, the drivers side mirror couldn’t change and the car smelled like smoke.
Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised with the rating. The customer never contacted us with any issues about the Kia Seltos until the 4th day of their trip when they returned the car. The customer had the car for 3 days prior and did not reach out to us for help! After the customer ended their trip, we inspected the Kia Seltos and found no problems with it! Both side mirrors are functioning normally and the car didn't smell like smoke.
