Amazing car I really love it

I had a few issues with this rental. The first being that on the map before you book, it looks like the location is at the airport and the zip code matches; however, when you book and receive the address it’s a mile away, but Turo still charges a $30 “airport fee” because it’s “near the airport.” I asked Al for clarification on the pickup location, and he was less than helpful and let me know it would be an additional $90 if I wanted to change pickup to the airport…a mile away. Additionally, when I went to pick up the car, no instructions were given to me until after I messaged Al at the pickup location because I couldn’t find the car. Because it was in a garage, it wanted me to pay to leave parking, but Al did resolve that. My last issue was that there was no wiper fluid, which was noted in reviews several months ago and should have been added. I will also note that the car does not have keyless entry. It’s an remote key but there is no button on the doors, so you have to fish out the key everytime.

This trip was amazing and very convenient… I did not realize that it would be a $35 charge to exit parking because of how early the host dropped it off… But to be fair that was in the instructions and today it wasn’t an issue… But for anybody that’s really strapped budget wise keep an eye out
