We communicated to the customer that we were running late delivering the car to DCA. We informed the customer that we will arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled pickup time. The customer replied that they was not going to wait, they didn't want our car anymore, and was going to cancel their trip with our car.
We did arrived at the airport 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, only to find out that the reservation was canceled. It's rare that we're late delivering cars to the airport!
