I had such a great experience renting from this host! He truly went above and beyond from start to finish and was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout my trip. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. You can really tell that he cares about his guests and wants them to have a great experience.
I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made everything, especially when something unexpected came up. He handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of without hesitation.
I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely great host!

I forgot to book car seats with my initial reservation, but the host was responsive and quickly brought them to us. We greatly appreciated this, especially since we were traveling with small children.
Unfortunately, I would not book this vehicle again. The middle seat belt did not work, and when we notified the host, they did not offer a solution and instead focused on placing responsibility on us. Additionally, the air conditioning only worked while the vehicle was moving. In 105-degree weather with babies and young children, this made for an extremely uncomfortable experience.
The return process was also somewhat difficult. I was instructed to return the key to the provided lockbox using a code, but after the trip ended, the code was no longer available to me. I ultimately left the key under the seat after not hearing back from the host.
Overall, while I appreciated the host’s quick response regarding the car seats, the vehicle’s safety issue, inadequate air conditioning, and return-process difficulties made this a trip I would not repeat.
