We didn’t get the vehicle we reserved and the vehicle was dirty but otherwise the exchange was excellent.
We left it far better than we received it.
Vehicle you booked had flat tire and was sent to tire shop. Exchanged vehicle was 2026 model and you accepted it. Dallas had wind for last couple days and dust comes everywhere. Will try to take care in future.
