First of all, I’d like to start by saying Jason thank you for being so efficient with responding!! I called Jason in a panic and he answered right away, in the midst of having
a complete meltdown. This was my first time renting from Turo and my first booking was hell but I decided I’d try again and thank goodness it was Jason as my host! I will forever book with Jason for so many reasons. The vehicle is very reliable, classy, clean, and with such a smooth ride! Very fast too lol!! You will not be disappointed with this rental! Again, I can’t thank you enough Jason thanks for being so amazing, you made my trip worth. Have a great day!!!!

Car broke-down at a four way stop . But Jason was there to the rescue us and brought us another car.
While I never want a guest to experience a breakdown, unforeseen circumstances do exist. I take pride in responding quickly when issues arise. I was able to deliver a replacement vehicle promptly so the trip could continue with minimal disruption. Thank you for your patience and feedback.
The issue with the car has since be resolved and is ready to go.
