Rental car started having issues

That’s a brand new car. You were not careful engaging brake right time and car felt hitting an object and engages brakes by itself, check engine light comes up and doesn’t allow speeding up for time being.
Beautifully clean and well maintained car. Ricky wss super responsive and very helpful when we had questions. Thank you, Ricky!

Please follow the app procedure, advised to take pictures before pickup and after drop off.
I’m giving the five star rating because the communication with the owner was great and the car was in great shape. Only negative was having to catch the shuttle to the rental car area to get to the Turo lot. I used to be able to just walk out of the terminal and pick up the car right in the parking garage. That’s apparently changed at DFW. Not a huge deal, but the convenience of that was nice. Absolutely not on the car owner, and everything about the personal experience was great.

Thanks for your concern and 5 stars on my profile, I always like to earn that but don’t want any mercy😊. Access to Turo lot and shuttle are not in my hand. Airport authority doesn’t allow or restricts any Turo cars at terminal. That’s why a separate Turo lot is created.
