I’m giving the five star rating because the communication with the owner was great and the car was in great shape. Only negative was having to catch the shuttle to the rental car area to get to the Turo lot. I used to be able to just walk out of the terminal and pick up the car right in the parking garage. That’s apparently changed at DFW. Not a huge deal, but the convenience of that was nice. Absolutely not on the car owner, and everything about the personal experience was great.

Thanks for your concern and 5 stars on my profile, I always like to earn that but don’t want any mercy😊. Access to Turo lot and shuttle are not in my hand. Airport authority doesn’t allow or restricts any Turo cars at terminal. That’s why a separate Turo lot is created.
Everything was great everything went perfect. I’m not sure why this App erases the lockbox code. I didn’t have it memorized as of now it seems like I have to leave the keys inside the car, which was not in the instructions. I have a flight to catch.
