The vehicle broke down during my trip.
Hi Devon, it is unfortunate the vehicle broke down on you. That same vehicle has had all amazing reviews and never any issues. Guests have driven it out of town and out of Texas multiple occasions. I service my vehicles all on time and they are all well maintained. Sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
