Host was great at communication. However the car was not in the safest condition. Expressed concern for front tires having low tread, engine made a knocking and rattle movement being idle. Car would veer to the right side due to alignment being off. Informed owner of conditions and unfortunately was met with a dismissive attitude. Car was clean and located as instructed.
