Unfortunately, this review leaves out several important details. A brake caliper piston failed, and rather than stopping the vehicle and arranging assistance, the guest continued driving, causing additional damage to brand-new brake pads and rotors. The vehicle was also driven by an unauthorized driver and was not returned to us as instructed. We take safety seriously and worked to address the mechanical issue, but cannot be responsible for additional damage caused by continued operation.
