Wonderful hosts! They are very responsive, helpful and responsible. This was a perfect options to spend a few days visiting family. The car was so clean inside and out!

Worst experience. Car was 2013 model year. Got us where we wanted to go. 150,000 miles on the vehicle. No gps even though advertised as having gps. Turo declared the return time was 10 AM. Not my choice. Turo would not extend the return time to 5:00pm even with $146 extra fee. ???? Simply impossible people— Joseph at corporate and David locally. All correspondence was hostile. Would not do me the courtesy of extending the trip “under any circumstances “. Felt like I had committed a grave sin by asking for an extension. Really bad car rental business.
We have been doing Turo for number years now, Winter is the worst Renter ever. First off he booked a car so he knew it was a 2013. It shows like NEW and Works like NEW. And as we all know 146,000 miles is nothing not a Volvo. He could not seem to get the app to work at all. In fact, we had to go meet him after a three hour delay in his flight to check his drivers license went the extra mile. could not figure out the app or wouldn’t try to. I’m just glad the car is back.

The service from Dave was OUTSTANDING again...very very pleased with the car, I had some personal issues that came up during my trip & Dave verry sympathic & understanding with what I was going through..I'll be renting through Dave again next time I travel...THANK YOU AGAIN Dave, your the best!.
