The car was immaculate and performed like a new car. The reason for 4 stars is that the communication on app for license verification was last minute (wouldn't allow process until day before.) Didn't receive drop-off info until I reached out to host afew hours before arrival.

sorry on this but Turo does not allow licensed verification until 24 hours before the trip starts for security purposes. also we don't communicate pickup instructions as we don't know the location until it happens, often less than an hour from the start of the trip. ✌️
