If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!! Renters beware. Their cars are unreliable Have given them a 5 star in the past with a heavy regret. Not my first time having problems with there rentals. Car broke down on the highway. Took them 3 hrs to get to me. They pat themselves on the back bc they drove over to me and gave me a car “at no additional cost” so thats how they made it right. Not even trying to do anything to remedy the situation on there end. There whole thing was well we drove to you and gave you a car. The worst part i missed the beginning of my son’s wedding where I was supposed to walk my son. Thank you Kevin and Team!! Great work on sabotaging business with a steady customer.
