Host was great. Car drove smooth, no lights on the dashboard and great tires. Car was low on fuel upon pickup and could use a little TLC on the interior.

I’ve rented cars from Turo many times before, and usually, the owner sets up a lockbox so I can pick up and return the vehicle on my own schedule. This time however I had to meet the owner in person for both pickup and drop off and I even had to wait while they took photos of the car's condition which just wasted more time. The tank only had 40 miles worth of fuel left while I know the rule is to replace what you use, having to stop and refuel added yet another delay. It was a rather unusual first time experience.

Host wasn't ready with car till I called one hour before pick up. Car was great! Wasn't full, but agreed on return the same amount. Service soon alert was on all the time.
