Car quality was good. Nice and clean with expected wear and tear. Nothing crazy. Great fuel economy for long trips.
Pickup location was good. Its in a gated community so you have to contact him on how to get in.
The renter asked for reimbursement for returning the car unwashed and uncleaned. This is false because I vacuumed the car before returning it to him. I DID NOT wash the car because his listing said it was not a requirement before returning the car.
Before the trip, I inquired about bike racks because his listing says they were available for use. I went to pick the car up and they were not installed. He stated that the roof rails were the bike racks. PLEASE do not list an option that you physically do not have. We ended up having to rent bikes at our destination instead of using our own.
Turo support was of no help either.
I gave a two star solely based on the car performance. Would not recommend this renter.

Turo may investigate and reach the same conclusion.
