The car was nice and clean but the communication was awful. Left the car on 62 miles at drop off, came late, the adapter kept getting stuck, and did not have my original booking time correct. I would’ve been okay with the late arrival with solid communication, but trying to justify why the car was was given to me on almost empty was absurd. Despite all the negative things, he did seem like a cool guy but was an horrible host.

Getting a hold of Turo owner was a little difficult at time. There were no instructions on how to charge the Vehicle no instructions on there being an adapter in the trunk to make it easier to charge.

Super easy pickup and return. Car was really nice and spacious for our trip.

Unfortunately the host told me the wrong garage to pick it up, which added a half hour of walking and multiple trains. When I mentioned his mistake, he denied it, and I had to share a screenshot of our messaging. He then further denied that he had told me this over the phone as well. Great car poor communication. Also when renting a full electric vehicle, there should be some information about what that entails as far as downloading apps and having an account for charging stations, what adapter to use and how long charging should take for each power setting.
