The car is great and everything went fantastically EXCEPT that upon our return, the car owner filed a damage report for damages that were mostly there (as show by my beginning of the trip pictures) and some other that were quite minute. I’ve rented a car many times with agencies and I’ve never had any damage claims or issues before for this kind of things.
For future travellers, be mindful of this and take a lot of pictures close up and make sure to flag them as damages in the app.
Aside of that, the experience in itself and with the car was great, and Shadi was very helpful during the trip.

The damage report was not related to any pre-existing scratches or wear that had already been documented before your trip. It referred only to the new damage that was identified and discussed after the rental. I document every vehicle thoroughly before and after each trip to keep things fair. And yes I recommend you myself to take photos before and after trip.
