Clean car, easy communication but being charged for a rock hitting the windshield.
The windshield was damaged during your trip, and I submitted the repair cost through the proper Turo process. Holding a guest responsible for documented damage is not a reflection of the vehicle or host experience. Thank you for your feedback.
