Regarding parking, per Turo’s Terms of Service, we only reimburse parking fees accrued before your scheduled trip begins. In your case, $4 accrued before the start of your trip, which we reimbursed. You picked up the vehicle and exited the parking garage within the first 30 minutes after the start of your scheduled trip, bringing the total parking fee to $6.
