Zero stars.....what a disaster. The "host" knowingly rented us a car that had, per the Costco tire shop that looked at it for us when it started leaking badly, an unrepairable tire and the car had no spare. The host threatened us and engaged in borderline attempted extortion, then came and took the car late at night and left us stranded 60 miles from the airport (the original pickup point). This host should not be allowed on Turo.
I drove the car for three days before the Guest's trip. No issues. A previous guest repaired a tire. I wasn't aware of what tire it was. My guess is that the guest hit a pothole and caused damage to the repair.
Guest made threats and baseless claims. I offered him a Land Rover which he said was a piece of ****. Gerald said he would not allow me to pickup the vehicle and admitted to deflating the tire. Turo policy says a car has to be returned for another car to go out, so it was picked up.

We absolutely loved Andrew’s Model Y! Both the car and the host experience were top notch — the car was exactly as described, and drove as if it was purchased brand new yesterday. Andrew was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with before pickup, during the trip, and after drop off. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely rent this car (and from Andrew) again!
