It took about 20 minutes to get host to remotely unlock car. Had to physically car host. The app was a bot repeatedly asking me inane questions. The car was fine.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the vehicle was in good condition. Our pickup instructions do ask guests to message us through the Turo app upon arrival so we know they’re at the vehicle and can assist with the unlock. We didn’t receive that message, which unfortunately added to the delay. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the pickup process as smooth as possible.
