Was charged for gas when I filled the gas back to its original amount it was when I got the car

I’m hoping you didn’t enjoy the car! In this situation, this is why we take before and after pictures, and if you look at the photos, you can clearly see that the gas was not returned to the original amount when provided. If photo evidence cannot convince you then I hope you can trust us. Otherwise feel free to reach out.
Car was given with bad tread on tires, booked the car a
month in advance, very nice car but i took a road trip, and didn’t realize until i got to my destination, it could have turned out worse than it did.

The was in good condition when provided. The guest exceed over 4k driving miles and complained about tires towards end of trip. Countless previous guests had the car and not a single issue. The guest also damaged the rear view mirror (forcefully) which is truly unprofessional. We always ensure our guest safety before anything and make sure cars are in great working condition which is our top priority!

Great experience from start to finish! The rental process was easy and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and the host was very responsive. The vehicle was delivered earlier than requested, which was greatly appreciated. The inside of the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable ride. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.
