I would think twice before I rent the car from here
We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet expectations. The vehicle was fully prepared and available for pickup during the entire reservation period, however the trip was never started or picked up by the guest.
We always encourage guests to reach out immediately during a trip if any concerns arise so we can resolve them right away. We work hard to keep our vehicles safe, clean, and properly maintained for every renter.
