Car had terrible crack in windshield, driver door made a horrible racket above 30mph. I complained about this and they tried to switch me out for a 13 year old car and charge me the same. Horrible experience. They called me and had me return it after driving it for 30 minutes as I was documenting the agreement for an $80 discount to not fill up the tank to deal with the cracked windshield. They didn’t like me documenting it and had me return the car. This delayed our trip about 3 hours. These renters are horrible. And I had to find alternative rental car option.

Hello Robert. To clarify for everyone, we told you to return our car because you were aggressive and confrontational with our team and we did not feel safe with you renting our vehicle. We have no issue with you documenting vehicle status. In fact, we do that as well for every trip in accordance with Turo policies so that there are no disagreements or disputes. Cracked windshields do happen routinely in Alaska and we fix them at the first opportunity.
Great rental, only issue was that it smelled strongly of weed when we got it but other than that, it was exactly what we needed!
