Communication between Anchorage Car Rental and me was amazing. Extremely friendly. Very responsive. Very open and honest regarding identified issues with the vehicle which weren't anything big.
My only criticism is we came arrived about 30 minutes early. I messaged the host and was told he was washing the vehicle and would be at our pick up location soon. Not a biggie. However, break up in Alaska usually means all the car wash stations are packed and busy. And that happened to be the case this day. Pick up was at 3:15 and the host didn't show up until after 4.
Just my own thought process but I feel the vehicle should've been washed either the day before, or much earlier in the day. Not right before handoff. Because of this delay, we were late getting into dinner and surprising our family as we had to drive 150 miles and we missed our opportunity to do so.
Other than that, everything was great!
