Prior to pickup, photos were uploaded showing the vehicle’s condition that were consistent with normal Alaska road and weather conditions the evening of delivery. The windshield was not cracked prior to his trip. George chose a vehicle requiring a 3.5 hour delivery and picked it up well after midnight. Although he repeatedly tried to access the vehicle before uploading the required driver’s license, I remained available until 1:00 a.m. to ensure he had a vehicle. Turo isn’t for everyone. Thanks!
