The car was ok. We received it not fully charged. That evening the owner let us know the tire pressure was way too low, saying that the last renters had done something to the tire. It was somewhat stressful to have to keep trying to get service to check in with him about what he wanted me to do about the tire pressure. It was at 25 psi instead of 42 and he wanted me to wait to see if it would continue to drop during the day. It made the trip a bit more mentally taxing than I liked. He did come the following evening and fill it up. I felt much better after that. The car was clean and fine other than that. He asks his renters to wash and vacuum the car when they are finished.

The last guest dropped off my car late, dirty, under charged, and a damaged tire. I did my best to accommodate Teresa, tried not cancel at the last minute leaving her in a lurch. Instead I raced the to the airport, cleaned up the mess as best I could, aired up the tire and charged the car to within 6% of the manufacturer's recommended 80% maximum. All within 45 minutes. I kept in constant contact with her and the car, finally drove the hour to her location and fixed the tire while she hiked.
