I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient and kind exchange when renting a car. Mike was so wonderful to work with. We had a family emergency and he sacrificed his own time to make it as convenient and easy for me to return the car. I would definitely rent big blue again! Wonderful car and wonderful people!
