Car was great; host was not. This was a 1 week rental with an airport pickup. Mike told me he would park it in the garage and that I would be responsible to pay. When I told Mike I would be happy to pay parking once my reservation time started per Turo’s policy, he became very passive aggressive and condescending. He acknowledged that it was the Turo policy but didn’t not like me bringing it to his attention. He retaliated by telling me he would park the car in the furthest economy lot at the airport. Is this how Mike speaks to everyone or just women? Either way it wasn’t 5 star behavior. And I wouldn’t rent from Mike again.
