Make sure you double check the pickup and drop off point. I scheduled the pickup for fort meyers airport, for when our plane landed for our family vacation. When I looked at where it was located it was 35 minutes away at a golf course. After a $75 Uber ride to pick it up, host said I could change the drop off point the next week only if I zelled him $65 out side the platform. I did not, preferred to pay the Uber driver. I will not rent from him again. Not sure if I'll use Turo anymore either.

I am sorry you felt that way. Guests choose the pickup and return locations when making the reservation. You had selected the wrong location, and I was the one who noticed it and explained that you need to contact Turo to correct it. I also explained beforehand that airport delivery and pick up has additional fee because it requires changing my planned route, incurring additional exp. I was courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Two- star rating doesn't reflects the services I provided.
Great car! Very clean when we received it. Had fuel ! respectful host. Would recommend. Car was delivered promptly to the airport.
