Everything was good. Car did have a slight musty/old very old cigarette smell to it, but it was not too bad. I’ll admit my sister and I are sensitive to those smells so others may not have noticed it.

Thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned before, some time ago a guest smoked in the car and although we have done several ozone treatments to remove the smell, there is still some residual odor remaining. Even though we are very clear with our rules, unfortunately some people are inconsiderate and do not follow rules or policy. We do our best to deliver our vehicles in impeccable conditions, even knowing that some guests may not return them in the same condition they received them.
Excellent host, great car that's well-maintained and very clean. Highly recommend!
